Can you dig it? We already know what our cool grandparents were wearing ages ago. The bell-bottom jeans, mini-skirts and Go-go boots but what were they really doing? BBS is going to take an and educated guess and say reading. We think they had books stashed by their lava lamps during their Hippie era. If we’re wrong, please let us know in our fabulous comment section below, please. There’s no judgment here. It’s a Saturday morning in the Summer! You’re good. We did find some interesting titles from way back in that time. Which we may add that is way before our time. Grandma Tanya probably read titles like Advise and Consent by Allen Drory or A House For Mr Biswas by V.S Naipaul. We also know that almost everyone has read To Kill A Mocking Bird by Harper Lee and that is still trending in Literature and English classes today. If you haven’t read the book, you’ve probably watched the movie, right. We have the opportunity to do both at BBS! Our grandpas, uncles and cousins were doing their thing too with this next title. You guessed it, too. The Godfather by Mario Puzo. So, there you have it. Our very short and sweet recommendations for your Saturday reading.
