It’s the First Day of School!

Tell us, your neighbors would love to know! How was your kiddies first day back in the classroom? It’s the first day of school for many local residents in and around town. Welcome back elementary, middle and high school students. Our littlest learners on their first day ever, too. Our head start, pre-k and kindergarten students were too adorable this morning! Both public and private started back today. Many local districts will be having an early dismissal. Please check your child’s school to see if they are on the that list for a half day today. St. Francis of Assisi were all smiles today on our black and white tops platforms today. So parents, grandparents, caregivers and teachers, how are you doing? Did you survive the morning rush hour calmly, too? BBS wants to send a special shout-out to the many teachers that returned this year after a wonderful Summer vacation. Our community also salutes our second pair of eyes. The bus drivers and crossing guards who are making sure that our kids arrive to and from school safely!
