Many prefer raw chocolate goodies because it has not been processed, heated or mixed with other ingredients. Dark Chocolate has a high percentage of cocoa with fat coming from cocoa butter instead of milk. Milk Chocolate is actually made with milk and milk products. It includes of course milk, powdered milk and condensed milk for its creamy flavor. White chocolate contains sugar, milk and cocoa!
