Easy like Sunday Morning!

Our weather today is damp and most of us will probably be indoors today. I am already thinking about what to cook diner. I have prepared just about everything in my cookbooks at home. So today, I decided to try something new and exciting! Dinner will be the usual family meal! For  our dessert I wanted to try a fun, easy to prepare dish! I found an online baking workshop that looks super easy to bake. You probably have most of these ingredients already! How cool is that? Imagine making a Japanese Cheesecake today at 4pm at home!
