Today our morning weather is sort of cloudy and cool. It’s perfect for a cup of tea and a light sweater of course. I am drinking sweet delicious, and caffeine free Pomegranate and Raspberry Tea from Giants. I am smiling because it reminds me of our first royal tea party. It was an elegant Victorian inspired tea party for my daughter’s third birthday nine years ago. At that age, little girls love to be beautiful princesses! Our exquisite venue of choice was The Ruscombe Mansion right here on Yellow Wood Avenue in 21209. It was the perfect fairy indoor and outdoor party for our little guests. Our dress code was fancy and from the early 19th Century of course. Each of her guests had the prettiest and daintiest lilac and pink lace umbrellas for the floral garden. We enjoyed sweet scones, lavender shortbread cookies and lightly sweetened pear honey tea! You can imagine my surprise when I googled local tea places nearby. There was Emma’s Tea Spot right down the street on Hamilton Avenue, neighbors! We are definitely making reservations there very soon! Have you noticed the delicious varieties of tea in our local supermarket lately? There’s a Hisbiscus Blossom tea that aids in restful sleeping. Tea lovers will be ecstatic over cool flavors such as Orchid Vanilla Tea, Passion Fruit Papaya and the world famous Strawberry Cheesecake Tea that I found online! Neighbors, what is your favorite flavor of tea and what brand is in your cupboard? Please post it in comment section below. Right now, we are rocking the Twinnings Tea Brand from Giants!
