Parents, grandparents and caregivers how do you feel about  the recently approved vaccine for your little ones at home? Our FDA recently approved the PFIZER VACCINE for school aged kids 5 to 11 years of age. How likely are you to make an appointment with your child’s Pediatrician? Do you think the vaccine should be included in your child’s preferred vaccinations? Why or why not? Is there enough data available to assist your family in making this decision? What is your preferred method to make this important decision? Do you rely on your family and friends? Or do you prefer to hear the latest developments concerning your family from our CDC and FDA only?  Many local residents have already vaccinated their kids twelve and over. Please let your neighbors know why you decided to get your older children vaccinated in our comment section below. If a booster shot becomes available in the near future, would you consider getting that for your kids as well? Many residents in our community are concerned about the vaccine side affects for children. If your kids received their vaccine this school year, how was their experience? Please share the factors that  affected this decision for your loved ones. As many of you may have heard that we have over 90% of of teachers and principals in our local school district have been vaccinated. Making caregivers very comfortable about sending their Baltimore City students to resume in-person learning.
