Our local supermarkets!

It’s Sunday evening and we are just days away from one of the busiest holidays of the season. It’s countdown to our Thanksgiving Holiday 2021. How is your checklist coming along, neighbors? By now, we hope your family has found everything on your grocery list! This weekend, we visited several supermarkets and were impressed with the selections and varieties. From Rosedale Walmart to Giants on Sinclair lane and a few others. Most of our local grocery stores were fully stocked. There was a great selection of meats to choose from. Our local community stores still had turkeys and ham. There were assortments of fresh fruits and vegetables to choose from. If you are looking for pumpkin, apple or peach pie, you’re in luck. The frozen desserts aisles were pretty well stocked. For our neighbors that are baking from scratch, those aisles looked pretty good, too. We found cinnamon and other fantastic seasonings and spices. Surprisingly, it wasn’t as crowded as we expected. The day before and the day of will be a totally different story, I’m sure. Although, it also depends on the time of day that you’re going grocery shopping. There were plenty of check-out lanes and cashiers. We still always recommend going grocery shopping as early in the week as possible if you can. Is there something on your list that you can’t find? Please, post the item in our comment section below. Hopefully, someone in our community knows where you can find it.
