We didn’t get snow today as predicted but it still feels like Christmas! The holiday season is all around us. From the bright colorful Christmas lights and decorations to our magical in-store displays of holiday cheer! Every local store in our neighborhood is playing jolly holiday music as we shop. Our local families around town are in for a sweet treat at home, too! Our cable listings are filled with family friendly Christmas movies around the clock. Our DVR is filled with magnificent holiday movies. Cable channels such as Lifetime, Hallmark and BET has been keeping us warm, toasty and entertained in our family and living rooms lately. From holiday classics to bright new additions to celebrate the season.It’s nice to sit at home with our loved ones on a cold winter night. Hot chocolate, cookies and a nice velvety blanket or robe! Those holiday movies will have you wanting to bake cookies or sing a carol! Delicious eggnog and fruitcakes are a charm. The magical snowflakes, icicles and snowy mountains are a dream come true to many. That’s golden and priceless. Many residents are still looking forward to box office openings on Christmas Day, too. Many of our neighbors will be heading to our local theaters right after having their Christmas breakfast. Others will venture out after dinner with their loved ones and friends. What’s new and exciting for Christmas 2021 for your family? For our kiddies and even adults, “Sing 2” will be a holiday must see! Who can resist this timeless musical comedy that opens on December 22,2021. Another highly anticipated movie is a film by the great Denzel Washington! “ A Journal for Jordan” opens on Christmas Day starring the one and only Michael B.Jordan. It’s a heartwarming story of a soldier who is deployed to Iraq. While away from his wife and infant son, the soldier keeps a loving journal and dedicates it to Baby Jordan!
