It’s Sunday, December 26! A beautiful afternoon the day after Christmas. We hope that everyone had a wonderful holiday amongst loved ones new or dear. Creating lasting memories that will last a lifetime. There’s something about Christmas that is so magical and magnificent! Many local residents spent their holiday with family and friends! It was splendid to meet with family and friends over turkey, dressing and candied yams! We personally think that dinner isn’t complete without the world famous jellied cranberry sauce! Is it popular on dinner tables though? Some like it a lot while others prefer not to see it on the table. BBS hopes that you had all of your favorites on your plate and enjoyed them. It’s still early and it’s a fantastic day to be out and about. Many of our local neighbors have already started making plans for New Year’s Eve. The holidays come and go so fast these days. It seems like our Thanksgiving holiday was just yesterday. Right now, most of us are still enjoying our Christmas weekend. BBS would love to hear all about how you spent the holidays? Most of us will be reheating delicious leftovers or preparing something new from scratch. Do you have a heartwarming story about yesterday’s dinner with your loved ones? Or a not so good memory that you want to share with your community. We have one and it’s really pretty interesting. It’s no secret that most residents like to cook everything themselves. Especially since everyone loves your cooking, right. Not to mention, you want to be the shining star of your family’s dinner. Your delicious cooking has always been the talk of the town and yesterday’s home cooked meal was no exception. Let’s just ask those chefs, how did their dinner really turn out? Other residents who didn’t have a pleasurable outcome, please reply in our comment section below. We will admit that ours didn’t turn out as planned unfortunately. It was fine because we had a few replacement selections on hand. At the last minute, did anyone find a quick replacement turkey or ham in our local supermarkets. BBS couldn’t and settled for delicious Hip Hop Chicken on Moravia Road. They were a lifesaver because their weren’t any holiday food left yesterday and everything else had closed early. Sometimes we have to make the best out of a disaster meal. That brings us to the exciting question of the afternoon, neighbors! How are you spending this fabulous Sunday after the holiday? We would love to hear about it in the comment section below!
