Baltimore City- Everyone has heard about the benefits of a veggie only diet, right! For many local residents it’s a way of life. Others are considering it for health reasons. Being a Vegetarian goes beyond an ordinary glass of delicious vegetable juice! It’s everything veggie. Typically, at least three meals per day on average. Vegan Week has started in and around town and newbies like us would love to know more about it. Please check online to see which of our local restaurants will be participating this week! BBS has sampled many delicious, vegan dishes and it was amazing! If anyone would like to add their veggie recipe to our list, please do so in our comment section below. There are some really awesome recipes and varieties to choose from. One thing that we learned surprisingly is that there are a few types of vegetarians. Most of our local vegans fall into one of these amazing categories! Some residents include dairy but not eggs. Some vegans only include eggs. The most popular vegan neighbors excludes meat, seafood, dairy and eggs! Does this sound interesting? It sounds irresistible and tempting. However, BBS recommends that you visit your healthcare provider first. Your PCP will be able to answer any questions or concerns that you might have.
