Books and Conversation-We have another magnificent author this weekend! Author Mudiaga is here to tell us all about “Domestic Daddy” and a few of his other very popular books!!!

Domestic Daddy" gives insight in a unique way into the Igbo culture which can never be found in any American and British textbooks or creative writings. It places so much focus on the fundamental values of the Nigerian culture and family.
It emphasizes the benefits of education and honesty, yet is unafraid to talk about the natural qualities in all human beings such as the sexual and hormonal development of adolescence and its impact on Nigerian students.
The novel uses humour to explore the Nigerian culture by lacing the story line with various sub - themes bordering on romance, education, war, marital affairs and hygiene. It is also full of suspenseful situations that make the reader reads it with a racing heartbeat as the issues raised in it brings its readers to those taboo places yet branching away just as you thought the story might just cross the border into eroticism.
