It’s St. Patrick’s Day!

Baltimore City- It’s a wet, rainy St. Patrick’s Day holiday here around town. Many local residents have move their festive activities indoors. Neighbors, please check your favorite venues to see if your event will be postponed or rescheduled. There may be a rain date for you and your loved ones! St. Patrick’s Day is the celebration of Irish culture and heritage. It commemorates Saint Patrick and the arrival of Christianity in Ireland. This highly, popular holiday is celebrated with festive parades, ceilis, green shamrocks and of course green attire! Don’t be surprised if you see delicious, green chocolate chip cookies or even green pancakes today. Our evening party goers will probably top of their evening festivities with a mug of tasty green beer. Did you know that Saint Patrick was responsible for the Celtic Cross?
