Today is National Puppy Day!

Baltimore City- calling all pup. It’s a fantastic day for your pets. Your cute, adorable ones have a lavish day all to themselves today. The hamsters, cats, birds and goldfish have to sit this one out. The Star pet of the hour is puppies. Today, we pay tribute to pups of all sizes and breeds! It’s all about them so go ahead and snap a photo of you and your guy. Give them a much needed spa day courtesy of its mom and dad. It’s a nice day to visit our local pet stores. Treat her to a tasty  or a fancy, new toy. This fabulous day was created in 2006 by Colleen Paige. A courageous pet owner on a mission to rescue dogs in need. It includes pet adoption and donation. You can continue that mission right here in your hometown. Support your puppies through unconditional love by support. It’s a perfect time to visit a local animal shelter in your neighborhood. Google to find the nearest shelter for you and your loved ones. Awesome donations includes toys, toiletries or snuggly, soft blankets. Also ask to see if your favorite shelter needs food donations such as canned food or bagged, dry food. Every little bit helps and can stretch a long ways.
