It’s so unbelievable that we are just days away from the biggest holiday celebration, right. Our Inner Harbor is planning on lighting our city’s skyline on Monday, July 4 in downtown Baltimore! So far our holiday forecast is going to be hot with a chance of showers. Remember to plan ahead for travel in and around town this weekend. Especially, if you’re planning on using the buses, light rail or subway. Visit or call MTA today for possible schedule changes and detailed updates. Drivers, go online and find out where to park for the festivities and plan to arrive early. Some residents are opting to stay at home and do their own fireworks display and that’s okay too. Just remember that certain fireworks and sparklers are illegal in our city and the surrounding counties. Find out which ones you need a permit for ahead of time. Certain ground-based and handheld sparklers are allowed that’s why is so important to ask around before your purchase them!
